Your investment secures you 5 weeks per year on a rotational basis according to a fixed roster. In other words, you get one week every 10 weeks on an ongoing basis every year.

Levies are divided into a basic levy for Farm maintenance, insurance, electricity etc. and a levy that includes cleaning services.
